The apartments for rent in Cala Liberotto, less than 10 km away from Orosei, are available from the 5th of June to the 15th of October. The apartments can be rented from a minimum of one week up to the whole month. Discounts and special offers are available for minimum stays of two weeks, three weeks or for the whole month.

The Tourist Tax requested by the Municipality of Orosei is not included and it is 1 Euro per night for Guests older than 12 years of age.

Rental terms of the Cala Liberotto apartments
The keys of our apartments in Cala Liberotto will be handed over to you from 16.00 onwards on the first day of tenancy. On the last day of tenancy, the apartment must be returned before 10.00 am.
All the apartments for rent in Cala Liberotto are fully furnished and offer a full kitchenware service, while bath towels and bed linens are not included.
Final cleanings of the apartment are included in the rental rates. Nonetheless, Guests are required to commit themselves in returning the apartment in the same good conditions they found it when the tenancy began.
We inform our kind Guests that in our apartments pets are not allowed.
In order to confirm the booking of one of our apartments in Sardinia, we require a deposit equal to 30% of the full value of the booking. The remaining balance will be due within three days from the beginning of the tenancy.
Please find below our Booking Cancellation Policy:
- 100% deposit refund for cancellations made at least 60 days before the check-in date.
- 50% deposit refund for cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before the check-in date.
- No deposit refund for cancellations made between 0 and 29 days before the check-in date.
Deposit refunds will not include any transaction fees.
