Rental conditions of the Cala Liberotto apartments

The keys of our apartments in Cala Liberotto will be handed over to you personally between 10.00 and 20.00 on the first day of tenancy. On the last day of tenancy, keys must be returned before 12.00.

All the apartments for rent in Cala Liberotto are fully furbished and offer a full kitchenware service, while bathroom and bed linen are not included in the service and must be brought by the client.

Clients are responsible for the final cleaning of the apartment at the end of the tenancy. It is possible for the final cleaning to be done on behalf of the client for an extra charge, though this service must be booked in advance. Clients are required to commit themselves in returning the apartment in the same good conditions they found it when the tenancy began.

In order to confirm the booking of one of our apartments in Sardinia, we require a deposit equal to 30% of the full value of the booking. The remaining settlement can be paid during the period of tenancy.
